Write to the owner, or to us

A question about a villa goes to the person who owns it, from the villa page. Everything else comes through the form below: a house to list, a fact that is wrong, a press request. A person here reads each note and replies by email.
Write to us about anything else
Say who you are first and the form asks only for what that needs. The reply comes by email, to the address you give. Nothing you write here is added to a list.
Guests: write to the owner
Every villa page has a note form. It sends your dates, your party and your question to the owner’s inbox and copies you, so the record is yours. The owner replies to your email address, confirms the price and the house rules, and you pay them directly. Nothing is charged here. How guides are written and checked is set out in the editorial policy.
Questions people ask
- How do I ask about dates or a price?
- From the villa page. Every villa has a note form that goes straight to the owner with your dates and party, and a copy comes to you.
- I sent a note and nobody replied.
- Write to us below as a guest with the villa name and the date you sent it, and we follow it up with the owner.
- Can I list my house?
- Yes, if you own or manage a whole home on St. John or St. Thomas. Start from the page for owners: the price is shown before you pay, and a person reads every listing before it goes live.
- Something on a page is wrong.
- Tell us the page and what is off. Fees, hours and ferry times carry the date they were checked, and a correction is checked against the authority or the operator before the page changes.
