British Virgin Islands villas and villa rentals

Every claimed villa here is listed by its owner. See their nightly rate, then ask them about your dates.

Listings on the British Virgin Islands open in 2027. The island guides below are live; villa listings follow once owners on Tortola, Virgin Gorda and Jost Van Dyke join.

British Virgin Islands vacation rentals here are listed by the people who own them: villas and homes across the islands, with the nightly rate for your dates shown before you ask. Filter by bedrooms, area, pool and beach access, then send your dates to the owner. You pay them directly, with no platform fee.

How booking direct works

You pay the owner, not a platform. No service fee. Here is what happens after you send an inquiry.

  1. 01
    You write to the owner

Send your dates and who is coming from the villa page. It goes straight to the person who owns the house.

  2. 02
    They confirm the price

The nightly rate you saw is theirs; they confirm it for your dates with the tax and any cleaning fee, and the house rules.

  3. 03
You pay the owner, not us

However they take it. This site never charges you and never holds your money.

Paying an owner directly, safely · How booking direct works here

Booking British Virgin Islands villas direct: your questions

Do you charge a fee?
No. The owner pays a flat fee a year to list here; you pay nothing to this site. The price you agree with the owner is the price you pay.
Are the rates real?
Yes. Each villa page shows the owner's own nightly rate by season, and their calendar where they have linked one. The estimate on the page adds the island's accommodation tax and any cleaning fee the owner sets, so the number you see is the number they will confirm.
Is it safe to pay an owner directly?
A normal owner asks for a deposit and the balance by a set date, by card, bank transfer or a payment link from the address you have been writing to. Four things should stop you: a payment link from a different address, pressure to pay in full today, a rate far under the one on the page, or a request to leave this site to confirm. Our page on paying an owner safely lists them.
What if the owner never writes back?
Write to us from the villa page. We will chase the owner, and if we cannot reach them we will point you to a similar house on the island.
