virgin islands villas
For property managers

Ten villas or sixty, one account, one bill.

Import your villas from your own site or your booking software, keep every calendar true through iCal, and take every guest note in one inbox. One annual bill for the account, and the price per villa drops as you add them. Guests still write to you and pay you; we never touch the money.

Import, then check

Paste your villa pages, an Airbnb or Vrbo link, or your own site, and the listing is built from it: photos, rooms, rates and the description in your words, ready for you to correct. A person here reads each one before it goes live, which is the verified mark next to your name.

One inbox, every calendar

Every note from a guest lands in the same inbox with the villa, the dates and the party size. Link each villa’s iCal feed once and the calendar on its page is read from your system every day, so a guest never asks for dates you have already sold.

What it costs

Each villa is priced by its median nightly rate: Home under $500 a night at $199 a year, Villa at $399, Estate at $599. Every paid villa on the account gets the same discount, applied the day you cross a step.

Annual. Cancel any time. Never a percentage of a booking. The full price table, and the founding-host offer while it lasts, are on the listing page.

What we never do with your listing

We never take a commission, never hold a guest’s payment, never put a checkout between the guest and you, and never rank a villa by what it pays. Your guests write to you; the site’s job is to be found and to send them.
