Condos on St. John
St. John condos are units in shared complexes, where an owner holds one apartment and the pool, the grounds and the upkeep are held in common. In Cruz Bay, where Grande Bay Resort stands, the ferry dock and the restaurants are a walk away, and our measurements call a car recommended there rather than required, which is true of almost nowhere else on the island. A Cruz Bay condo is the way to a St. John week without a rental car for every day of it. The tradeoff is neighbors: a unit shares its walls, its pool and usually its parking, which a house on its own lot does not.

How booking direct works
You pay the owner, not a platform. No service fee. Here is what happens after you send an inquiry.
- 01You write to the owner
Send your dates and who is coming from the villa page. It goes straight to the person who owns the house.
- 02They confirm the price
The nightly rate you saw is theirs; they confirm it for your dates with the tax and any cleaning fee, and the house rules.
- 03You pay the owner, not us
However they take it. This site never charges you and never holds your money.
